Luxury Welsh Homes was established by Daniel Thomas, an estate agent for over twenty years who has specialised in the sale of homes of distinction, from homes nestled on cliff edges with incredible sea views to homes with land perfect for those looking for a home for their animals too. He now brings his passion for helping homeowners to Luxury Welsh Homes and is proud to be able to showcase the very best of Welsh real estate from City Pads or Coastal Cottages through to Equestrian Homes or Smallholdings, the one similarity between all of the properties Daniel represents is that they have something to make them special, something to elevate them in a a category of their own – a Luxury Welsh Home.

Michelle is an experienced agent of over twenty years, she works closely with Daniel to ensure that your home looks as good as it possibly can. Working with our creative team to stage and dress our clients homes to make sure your photos are perfect and that the perfect shots are used to create a tantalising video. Michelle also manages our social media campaigns to ensure that they are used in the right way to reach tens of thousands of potential buyers.
Jinny qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and specialised in all aspects of residential conveyancing acting for buyers, sellers, developers and investors. She left private practice in 2019 to oversee our sales progression. With over 15 years experience in the industry she has a huge knowledge of the home buying and selling process from start to finish. Her involvement makes sure the transactions we put together stay together and complete as quickly and easily as possible, reducing pressure for both buyers and sellers. Friendly and approachable, She is here to help you every step of the way.
Our creative team comprises of Daniel Griffiths who is our lead videographer and who helps us to create our wonderful video tours Daniel has a BA first in new media production and has also been awarded the Tudor Bevan award for contribution to creative arts in Wales.
Our properties are photographed by Beverley Thomas or Martin Pearson. Beverley primarily covers West Wales and is proud to have a First Class Degree as well as a Masters in Photography. Martin is an experienced commercial photographer with over thirty years in the industry.
